08.30 Depart from Hanoi (3.5 hours drive with break, photo stop; good road condition)
12.00 Arrive in Mai Chau. Scenic photo stop of Mai Chau valley/arrive in Mai Chau
12:15: Traditional lunch will be served. The fresh, tasty dishes on offer include local vegetable, ingredients and flavors such as green bean, black mushroom, fish and chicken cooked in Muong or Thai ethnic minority style
15:00-18:00: Start your journey to discover the interesting surroundings and ethnic minority tribes with our cycling tour for 3 hours.
18:00 - Visit Thai living museum for Traditional BBQ dinner
19:30 - Watch Thai traditional dance in the stilt house.
Day 2: Mai Chau Explorer

7:30-8:00 - Wakeup and eat breakfast in restaurant with views overlooking the lake, the paddy fields...
8:30-10:30: Drive / ride motorbikes 35km to Pu Luong
Nature Reserve (motorbike drivers available) - which is recognized as one of the nature reserves located in Quan Hoa and Ba Thuoc districts in the northwest of Thanh Hoa Province. Covering a total area of 17,662ha, Pu Luong Nature Reserve is perfect for developing several main forms of tourism activities.
12:00 - Lunch in Hang Village
13:00 - 15:00: Trekking in Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Pu Luong Nature Reserve is highlight for your trekking to discover Hang village and admire the daily life of local hill tribe people and landscapes. Trek through steeps climbs, stream crossings, valley to reach Kho Muong village and have more discovery of tribe people.
17:00 - Return to Mai Chau
18:00 - Having a dinner with delicious food. Overnight in Mai Chau.
Day 3: Mai Chau – Hanoi
Today's activities: Mai Chau trekking - Local market - Return Hanoi
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Itinerary:
7:30-8:00 - Get up early in the morning and enjoy the fresh atmosphere in the village before having breakfast
8:30-11:30 - Hike to 1000 Step Cave and local market. People from different ethnic groups residing in the mountains come down to Mai Chau to sell various products, including corn, bananas and other fruits, as well as the tho cam woven by skilled Tai women. Ducks, pigs and dogs in bamboo cages are also for sale. The Sunday market is also a place to get nicely made traditional Tai cuisine.
12:15 - 15:00 - Lunch and free time to relax before getting on the van to Hanoi
18:30-19:00 - Drop you off at your hotel
